I also want to recognize Andy for providing an outstanding customer experience. Although I was working with Nik, Andy stepped in seamlessly while Nick was assisting another customer. He took the time to answer my questions, He and took my son and me on a test drive… we never felt like we were just waiting. What impressed me most was the teamwork. Andy treated us as if he'd been helping us from the very beginning, and that says a lot about the customer service culture at City Volkswagen. Even after I walked out of the door and got in the car, Andy saw that I still needed help because I couldn’t figure out how to connect my phone to the car and he came over to assist.
