I originally bought an explorer in June, it had issues. It was in service multiple times and couldn’t figure out the issue. I worked with chuck in service up until 12/15 and he was able to talk with nick t It was in service multiple times and couldn’t figure out the issue. I worked with chuck in service up until 12/15 and he was able to talk with nick to get me out of that Explorer and into another one. I appreciate chuck and everyone else who helped make it happened!
