Nick was not helpful or knowledgeable about the issue with my vehicle. His communication was very poor, mostly non existent. His technical knowledge seemed to be lacking. I ended up working with Dan who with my vehicle. His communication was very poor, mostly non existent. His technical knowledge seemed to be lacking. I ended up working with Dan who was excellent. Dan was glad to help, he communicated with me & did what he said what he would do. Dan is an excellent service advisor. More

We took my car in making a squeaky noise. They had it diagnosed, called to let us know what it was and that it was covered under a special warranty, and fixed all within a couple hours.
