I did like that the texts sent were helpful and phone calls were prompt to tell me first what the problem turned out to be and when the car was ready for pick up.
The only thing is the cost of everything...probably to be expected at a dealership. I wish I could have worked at their hourly rate and then because I used a credit card, a 2% charge was attached that I was not made aware of at the time when I paid.

I also completely understand your concerns regarding both the diagnostic process and the overall cost. Vehicle concerns can sometimes require a step-by-step approach to testing to ensure we arrive at an accurate solution, but I understand how frustrating that uncertainty can feel from the customer side.
Regarding the 2% credit card fee, I sincerely apologize that this was not clearly communicated to you at the time of payment. That should have been explained upfront, and your feedback is important so we can address this with our team and improve that part of the experience.
