Nick was not helpful or knowledgeable about the issue with my vehicle. His communication was very poor, mostly non existent. His technical knowledge seemed to be lacking. We took my car in making a squeaky noise. They had it diagnosed, called to let us know what it was and that it was covered under a special warranty, and fixed all within a couple hours.
