To say the least, this has been a very challenging, disappointing experience overall. I have waited about 3 months to answer this survey, in hopes the dealer would right its wrongs, but today, after my disappointing experience overall. I have waited about 3 months to answer this survey, in hopes the dealer would right its wrongs, but today, after my husband was hung up on twice by the sales person and the sales manager, I am now completing this survey. I will try to summarize as best as I possibly can. We live in NW AR, bought the car online/through email from St. Louis/Audi Creve Coeur (new 2025 Audi Q5). We have purchased MULTIPLE cars in MO, and we trade cars frequently - purchasing totally online and in person. Never had a experience like this or any issues with other dealers. We did not have to negotiate a trade and we have exceptional credit. It should have been a VERY easy, simple sale. When we met in Springfield to get the car and sign paperwork, it arrived with a scraped wheel. The salesperson was not very happy when I pointed that out. She exasperatedly claimed "it was so hard to drive in the rain!" On the second road trip, my husband was driving about 3 hours away from our home, and the car was rendered inoperative - shut down. It had to be towed to the Little Rock dealer and we had to have a rental - which we are still waiting to be reimbursed for, as we were promised (the Q5 computer system was not properly updated before we purchased). Car was in shop for a month. We have been dismissed, patronized and frustrated for months. We love the car (it is our second Q5) and we have owned Infinitis, Land Rovers, Mercedes and many others. Worst dealership service and experience we have ever had - by far, bar none. In addition, the finance dept called and was wanting us to sign power of attorney to them (?) - so bizarre. This whole experience has been odd and rude and deceptive. My husband has also tried to reach the Gen Mgr multiple times and he will not return a call - Nick Henry. We continue to be shocked every day by the way we are being treated. We did finally get reimbursed for the wheel repair from the dealership, which took about 9 weeks and at least 6 phone calls (we submitted a receipt). We have finally been forced to file a formal complaint with Audi USA. Never had to do anything like this. More
