Putting in a new serpentine belt took a little longer than expected but they were very gracious about it. Suprisingly I don’t have any complaints about the actual service work done on my vehicle. My complaint is that my appointment was forgotten about. I had to call Hudson Chevy 15 minutes after my vehicle was service work done on my vehicle. My complaint is that my appointment was forgotten about. I had to call Hudson Chevy 15 minutes after my vehicle was scheduled to get picked up for them to tel my that they completely forgot about my appointment. My vehicle was picked up around 8:30-8:40 rather than the agreed time of 8 a.m. I was told Hudson Chevy is better than where I came from (Walser Polar Chevrolet in White Bear Lake, MN.) So far, I’m no very impressed. More

My pickup fender was damaged while in the shop for warranty work on cooling system I appreciate the fact that the Luther service dept was willing to remedy the dent by having the paint less dent guy warranty work on cooling system I appreciate the fact that the Luther service dept was willing to remedy the dent by having the paint less dent guy fix it. Bummer of an issue but all ok now. More
