First Class Service I purchased 3 BMW's from Herb Chambers BMW. The service team have been fantastic. Nick Mitrano, Senior Service Advisor, provides fantastic service an I purchased 3 BMW's from Herb Chambers BMW. The service team have been fantastic. Nick Mitrano, Senior Service Advisor, provides fantastic service and never misses anything. He is very smart as well. Matt Krappe, Service Director, provides First Class service. He is a true professional and extremely knowledgable as well. Matt and Nick always get the job done right the first time. I recommend to any BMW owner to get their cars from this dealer and their service! Nick Lagas and Jano are excellent sales team members and are fantastic in their roles. More

100% Above and Beyond Customer Service! After searching for nearly a month for a specific late model BMW, we finally located one that matched our requirements at Herb Chambers in Boston. Af After searching for nearly a month for a specific late model BMW, we finally located one that matched our requirements at Herb Chambers in Boston. After traveling from Maine on a Friday afternoon, and dealing with unexpected traffic, we arrived at the dealership 5 minutes before closing. I went inside and was greeted by Nick Lagas. I explained that we had traveled from Maine to see a particular vehicle and requested just to see it in person, nothing else. The vehicle was on another lot and Nick offered to take us there. We felt bad because the dealership was actually closed, but took him up on his offer after he explained that he was completely fine with it. After seeing the vehicle we were certainly interested, but were also completely fine with making another trip in a day or two. Nick wouldn't have any part of that. He checked with the other team members required to complete the purchase and to my surprise everyone agreed to stay, and did it with a smile on their face. We finally wrapped up the purchase more than 2 hours after the dealership closed and never once felt like we were inconveniencing anyone. Working in sales myself, I know the last thing anyone wants to do is stay late on a Friday night for a "potential" sale. To top it all off Nick spent another hour going through every option and setting on the vehicle with my wife. In all of my years of purchasing cars I can honestly say that I've never seen anyone go above and beyond like Nick and the rest of the staff. I'm truly grateful and my wife is in love with her BMW. Thanks Nick and thanks Herb Chambers, you gained a customer for life! More

Client service attitude stinks The moment we walked in the dealership the service reoresentative had a poor attitude. No service appointment noted, no loaner car, replacement part The moment we walked in the dealership the service reoresentative had a poor attitude. No service appointment noted, no loaner car, replacement part not on warranty. It went downhill from there. The sales manager delivered the loaner car after I complained, and felt he had just delivered an Olympic Gold medal. Much easier to just go to BMW Sudbury or give Mercedes Benz or Lexus your business. More

We found you both very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable . Although this experience was excellent we did have a previous connection with a salesman at Peabody BMW for over 9 years and felt obligated to do our build out through him. We came to your dealership thinking that we would be purchasing one of two pre-owned vehicles, but in the end found that a build out was the way to go. We labored over the decision for several days which is a testament to how really great the two of you handle yourselves. I can only say that loyalty, and honesty is very important to us and that was the final determining factor in our choice. I fell in love with the BMW 650i Convertible, but quickly realized that "new" was way out of reach for my budget. The Internet has changed the way people source and purchase vehicles and after months of searching for a nice, pre-owned 650, I came across one for sale at Herb Chambers BMW. I filled out the online form and received a quick response from Nick Lagas. He was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle and even sent me copies of the CPO inspection report. I was trading in my Mercedes-Benz C450 AMG which literally didn't have a scratch on it and my wife was freaking out that we were trading in such a nice car for one we've never actually seen. Patient and charming, highly informative and absolutely reliable in follow up, he answered our unending questions clearly and fully, and took enormous care to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. He never rushed us or made us feel anything less than well taken care of, especially in respect of the innumerable details in dealing with pricing, model selection, trade in, vehicle prep, etc. He is also an outstanding teacher, and we came away feeling that we knew our vehicle even before we took it home. My follow up instruction session -- my wife did not participate in it as she was abroad at the time -- was conducted by Chris LaLicata. He, too, was understanding, taking me through the complexities of advanced operating knowledge of the car. In order to understand my experience, I should mention that I am a discerning BMW customer. I have driven BMWs since 1997 and I bleed White and Blue, in addition to Red, White, and Blue. I chose Herb Ch that I am a discerning BMW customer. I have driven BMWs since 1997 and I bleed White and Blue, in addition to Red, White, and Blue. I chose Herb Chambers BMW of Boston because they had the car I wanted and because they don't just try to sell you a car; they partner with you and help you get the car you really want. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by everybody I encountered on my way to see Nick Lagas, my sales advisor. Nick Lagas was nothing short of spectacular. He was very supportive, friendly, and he seemed genuinely interested in seeing that I was happy with my choice, before we signed the papers. Nick is a true brand enthusiast. He knew that I walked in with one specific car in mind (a very beautiful CPO, 328I Convertible)and even though they had two other, more expensive, convertibles on the lot, he never tried to steer me toward the more expensive cars. He knew that I had researched this car thoroughly and he made sure that we were able to make this deal. Nick is the best sales person I've ever dealt with, mainly because his personality is in line with my regular friends'. Nick is the type of guy I would gladly have a beer with. He knows a great deal about BMWs and, upon delivery, he went over all the car's features and even taught me a few things about the car I wasn't aware of, such as some obscure voice commands I've never seen written anywhere. I am a loyal customer of Herb Chambers and this is the fourth BMW I have bought from them since 1997. I especially like their smart-price policy. No negotiation on the buying side, but there's plenty of leeway with negotiating add-ons and the trade-in. Their prices are very competitive and in many cases, several thousand dollars less than their competitors'. In this case, Nick was able to include a few options that were important to me and helped me get a better trade-in offer than the original appraisal. I was also very impressed by the general manager, Melissa Ferry, who came over to meet me personally, since we had spoken on the phone. She was super friendly and thanked me for going over and doing business with them. I've never had a general manager come over and introduce herself before this instance. Last, but not least, their business manager, Sammi Tong Iqbal, was very friendly and outgoing and when she found out that I had visited her native city, Hong Kong, we developed sort of a bond. Although she offered me many packages such as tire warranty, maintenance warranty, Simoniz, etc., she was not at all pushy and respected my wishes to decline all that she was offering. This was one of the best car buying experience, if not the best, that I've ever had. The car was delivered in showroom-like condition, and it is a great pleasure to drive. I highly recommend this dealer. If you like no hassles and no games, this dealership sets the standards for all the others to follow.
