Her knowledge of the vehicles and availability was impressive. The sale process was smooth and all involved were efficient and friendly. The only snag in the process was that it seemed to take an excessive amount of time to prepare the vehicle to take home. I know I asked more questions than most consumers as I was hesitant and not familiar with the brand. John was patient and thorough and 2 weeks later, I said YES. I have had my new SUV for 2 weeks now and love it. The entire staff from the sales manager, finance manager and John all had patience and the knowledge needed to be efficient and made the purchasing experience a pleasant one. More
