This is my 5th vehicle I have bought from gateway and although it is my first used purchase, the experience was still top notch! I had one hiccup with Landon the finance guy as I would not unfortunately although it is my first used purchase, the experience was still top notch! I had one hiccup with Landon the finance guy as I would not unfortunately recommend him due to his need for additional training in social skills as he was harsh and not pleasant to be around but my guy Jordan addressed the issue appropriately and assigned me to a more seasoned and personable guy that was a 10/10!! In addition a handful of employees greeted me and had positive energy and felt that my loyalty and longevity with gateway did not go unnoticed and glad I found the car I wanted once again! More
