I left messages for finance manager and service manager regarding my coverage and no reply. I bought my first Volvo XC90 car with cash in 2019 and was told the start/stop batteries need to be replaced and regarding my coverage and no reply. I bought my first Volvo XC90 car with cash in 2019 and was told the start/stop batteries need to be replaced and were not covered. What’s the point of purchasing extra coverages and to have a Certified car? Not happy with Princeton at this point. May not go back to their service too. More

Quick and efficient It was easy to set up my appointment and secure a loaner car. They drove the loaner to my home and picked up my vehicle. I've recently found myself going to Princeton Volvo to have my tire repaired. After calling and being told to drop by I did. Once there the service staff helped my take care of the tire. I was able to cha have my tire repaired. After calling and being told to drop by I did. Once there the service staff helped my take care of the tire. I was able to chat with sales dept personnel and made a deal on a new Volvo. Great experience More
