I am a single father raising a 5 year old boy named Macayden. I work late frequently, so my mom and step father help me out with him a great deal. He is enrolled at Sacred Heart in Jeffersonville and we attend church at North Side Christian church in New Albany IN. I sell Fords because it is a product and brand that I believe in. I am proud to represent an American brand that was able to decline tax payer money when it was offer in the bailout. Ford is a HUGE asset to our local economy with 2 plants in Louisville.

I believe in being patient and passive when dealing with my customers. I realize that purchasing a vehicle is a huge decision no one should feel pressured. I try to make the whole process enjoyable from start to finish.
I am very tech savvy. I go over every feature and function in the vehicle I am selling in a very clear process. I also make myself available after the sale for follow up tutorials if needed.

I have to say from the start before even test driving Jared was the first person I met from Carriage and is probably the reason I went back. He was knowledgable and didn't push or pressure me. When I did go back Nick helped with the buying process and he too was just as helpful, knowledgable and gracious. They both were a big part of my buying process and would recommend to others. Derek in finance was also easy to work with and completed paperwork quickly. More
