I am a single father raising a 5 year old boy named Macayden. I work late frequently, so my mom and step father help me out with him a great deal. He is enrolled at Sacred Heart in Jeffersonville and we attend church at North Side Christian church in New Albany IN. I sell Fords because it is a product and brand that I believe in. I am proud to represent an American brand that was able to decline tax payer money when it was offer in the bailout. Ford is a HUGE asset to our local economy with 2 plants in Louisville.

I believe in being patient and passive when dealing with my customers. I realize that purchasing a vehicle is a huge decision no one should feel pressured. I try to make the whole process enjoyable from start to finish.
I am very tech savvy. I go over every feature and function in the vehicle I am selling in a very clear process. I also make myself available after the sale for follow up tutorials if needed.

Knowledgeable Salesman Nick Mattingly was a pleasure to work with while purchasing our vehicle. Nick was extremely knowledgable about each vehicle he showed us and was espec Nick Mattingly was a pleasure to work with while purchasing our vehicle. Nick was extremely knowledgable about each vehicle he showed us and was especially up to speed on all of the latest technology in the new vehicles. He was very patient with us when explaining the features. Unfortunately, we had several problems with the first vehicle we purchased, through no fault of Nick's, and had to return it. Nick was more than willing to start the process over again with us and made sure we were satisfied with the next vehicle we chose. He has followed up with us to make sure we are still happy with our purchase and made the whole process as quick and easy as he possibly could. I would recommend Nick to sell a vehicle to any of my friends or family, and I feel he represents Carriage Ford in a very professional manner. Kudos to you Nick! More

A great experience! I have bought a handful of cars from Carriage. I deal with Nick Mattingly. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whol I have bought a handful of cars from Carriage. I deal with Nick Mattingly. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. These new cars have so many features and buttons that it is almost overwhelming. Nick is very proficient with these systems and does a great job teaching you how everything works. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to Nick and can remain confident that he will make sure they are taken care of. More
