In the past 34 months my family have purchased 5 new cars from Jenkins. Even though there were a few bumps along the way, we will continue to do business with Jenkins. The main issues we have is it taking 4- from Jenkins. Even though there were a few bumps along the way, we will continue to do business with Jenkins. The main issues we have is it taking 4-5 hours to complete a deal and even when you have a scheduled appointment for maintenance it takes 2-4 hours to get your car back. More

When I go in and know what car I want and the financing is approved, I should not take an additonal 4 hours to have everything done. When having routine maintenance done, it should not take 3 hours to do is approved, I should not take an additonal 4 hours to have everything done. My first experience was better than the last. I'm having buyer remorse. I don't like creative finance it is very misleading. I went in financing with 3.9% interest rate and a 72 month term. My salesperson, Michael Dillenburg was great. He was knowledgeable about the car I wanted and very helpful showing me all the technology on the car. Nick Minner was the sales manager and refuse He was knowledgeable about the car I wanted and very helpful showing me all the technology on the car. Nick Minner was the sales manager and refused to negotiate on the cost of the vehicle. He made it clear that the car was hard to get and he had 2 parties just waiting to buy it if I didn't. I feel like I was ripped off and paid more for the vehicle than anyone else. Also, I traded in a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid which I was offered $20000 for in November 2024 by a Jenkins employee. Nick only gave $16100 for it and would not budge on the price. Frankly, it was insulting and I should have walked away but the new car was perfect for me so I bought it. The finance person Thomas Ousley never told me how much the extra service plans would add to the total loan, rather he stressed how much it would add to my monthly payment. I was so upset about the deal, I purchased service plans just to get out of there. Later, with the help of Adam Dolin, customer service, I was able to cancel those service plans. The best part of my experience was Michael and Adam who both were great! The vehicle I purchased is amazing and perfect for me, The buying experience was not amazing and I will not purchase another vehicle at Jenkins Hyundai. More
