Beautiful facility, courteous staff and Mike Dilllenburg did a great job presenting and demonstrating the Palisade Caligraphy we purchased. Don't really seem to care after signatue is on the deal. Customer relations manager Adam promised a follow up phone call, the same day, which never came. He called 3 days later, after I called back to the Customer relations manager Adam promised a follow up phone call, the same day, which never came. Then he promised a gift card, switched that to free oil change ( never heard back on that), and on a Friday, promised an email the following Monday with follow up answers to questions about financing, and details about free oil change. It is Wednesday and I write this, no email. More
