This was our second purchase from Wayne Subaru. The first being a 2020 Legacy in 2023, a recent lease return and were very happy with it. Wife originally wanted an "SUV" type but at that time it wa The first being a 2020 Legacy in 2023, a recent lease return and were very happy with it. Wife originally wanted an "SUV" type but at that time it was a lil above our budget. Since then the use of an SUV was still better suited for her needs. Fast forward Sept. 2025 we revisited Wayne Subaru and the timing was just right and traded in the Legacy for a 2025 Forester. Between the experience at the Dealership and the great service in the last 2 years at the Service Dept. we couldn't happy enough. More

This was overall a pleasant and easy transaction. One suggestion would be my first point of contact, which was Emily. I don’t think she is a good first impression of the dealership. I felt she responded to my emails without reading them or analyzing what was said. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked for her at the front desk. The clerk called and I could tell from the conversation a comment was made about me. The clerk said Emily was busy. I was then directed to Bob and Nick. Emily never once came over. The initial emails with her made me seek out other dealers. If Bob hadn’t called me personally I would have gone to another dealer. Emily dramatically changed after Bob got involved. More
