Non-Hassle Customer Service Due to our positive past experiences with Zeck Ford, there was no question that when we decided to purchase a new truck, we would return to their deal Due to our positive past experiences with Zeck Ford, there was no question that when we decided to purchase a new truck, we would return to their dealership. Their vast inventory of used vehicles allowed us the option to look at a variety of F150s, varying in year, mileage, prices, color, and option packages. Making a decision on one truck was difficult even after we had narrowed our search to the top three! When the representatives were unable to negotiate further on our trade-in value, we decided to sell our truck on our own and the Zeck Ford staff were very encouraging and positive regarding our decision. When our truck sold within 24 hours, we again returned to the dealership to complete the transaction on a 2014 F150. We researched the truck prices and to be honest, Zeck Ford offered the best pricing! During the final paperwork process, when we thought we had a great deal, we received even a better deal with additional savings to the interest rate due to Tim's military service. Recognizing others for military service exceeds expectations - Nice Job! Words cannot express how amazing it is to do business with Zeck Ford.
