Gavin was extremely helpful and made sure we walked away a satisfied customer. He was very helpful on narrowing down our car choices with educated recommendations. Non-Hassle Customer Service Due to our positive past experiences with Zeck Ford, there was no question that when we decided to purchase a new truck, we would return to their deal Due to our positive past experiences with Zeck Ford, there was no question that when we decided to purchase a new truck, we would return to their dealership. Their vast inventory of used vehicles allowed us the option to look at a variety of F150s, varying in year, mileage, prices, color, and option packages. Making a decision on one truck was difficult even after we had narrowed our search to the top three! When the representatives were unable to negotiate further on our trade-in value, we decided to sell our truck on our own and the Zeck Ford staff were very encouraging and positive regarding our decision. When our truck sold within 24 hours, we again returned to the dealership to complete the transaction on a 2014 F150. We researched the truck prices and to be honest, Zeck Ford offered the best pricing! During the final paperwork process, when we thought we had a great deal, we received even a better deal with additional savings to the interest rate due to Tim's military service. Recognizing others for military service exceeds expectations - Nice Job! Words cannot express how amazing it is to do business with Zeck Ford. Adam did a great job and will, without a doubt, become an asset to your business. Nick helped us last year when we purchased our Ford Edge from Zeck Ford and we were happy to work with him again. Nick is very personable, confident, and projects himself as a trustworthy and knowledgeable sales representative. The entire Zeck Ford experience, from start to finish, is exceptional due to their no hassle policy, listed prices, and customer service. When a customer walks through your door, they are repeatedly greeted by your representatives and offered a beverage. Although Zeck Ford has already earned a reputation for being an outstanding dealership, our newest experience reinforces our established belief that Zeck Ford is the only dealership that knows how to sell cars and treat their customers with respect.
