Don't Bother Looking Anywhere Else! After 6 months of extensive (yes, 6 months) research on compact cars, I found the perfect car at ZecK Ford. I met Nick Nava several months ago just to to test drive a Focus and Fiesta. I was comparing them to the Chevy Sonic and Spark. I was blown away at the price and the quality of the vehicles. Nick was great! No pressure for me to buy that day (was waiting until my son turned 16 as he would be getting the car I was driving) and Nick was very knowledgeable. I left and told him I would call him back in August. When I went in on 8-15-15 to pick up my car, Nick was assisting other customers so I ended up working with Sloan. He was AMAZING!!!!! After I drove my Fiesta (I named her Winnifred Torrance - hey, don't judge me. I name all of my vehicles after Stephen King characters) he sat in the car with me assisting me with all new phone pairing, explaining what all the buttons were for, how to do everything one could possibly think of going from a 2003 to a 2014 vehicle. It was a good 45 minutes of a very busy day for him. He didn't seem put out at all by my hundreds of questions. Sloan was extra patient with my special needs stepdaughter as she was in the car with us. Sloan really went out of his way to help me understand everything I needed to know. Brad Johnson was also fantastic! He kept us updated every step of the way. The store was super busy and we had quite a wait while financing was doing their stuff and Brad kept us highly entertained. He would come over every now and then to check on us to see if we needed anything. Top notch customer service!!! I will definitely be returning to Zeck Ford for all my future car purchases! Thank you Nick, Sloan and Brad for all of your help and for taking "yuck" factor completely out of car buying!!!!! Phenomenal job to all 3 of you! Nick is an outstanding salesman who is simply there to help you find the right vehicle. we drove two trucks and even then I had to compare them side by side and Nick never got impatient and we had some good laughs along the way. I would recommend Nick and Nicole personally to anyone looking to buy from Zeck they will defiantly take care of you the right way and the first time, No back and forth.
