After having gone to another Ford dealer about a week prior, and having a non-successful experience, we stopped in a Roesch Ford. Having been a prior Roesch customer, it had been a while since purchasing prior, and having a non-successful experience, we stopped in a Roesch Ford. Having been a prior Roesch customer, it had been a while since purchasing from them. This experience was perfection. Nick Petrasz greeted us for our appointment. He was kind, calm, and patient. After looking at and driving 3 different Bronco Sports, we finally settled on the one we liked best. Nick walked us through the payment process, negotiated with us to get the price point we needed to be, and ultimately earned our business. Sam Mellenthin in finance was also fantastic. Worked with us to get us to the payment we wanted, and had us out the door quickly. Highly recommend Roesch Ford for a great experience. Glad we went back after all these years. More
