We went back and forth between two dealerships and test drove both cars multiple times.There were a lot of tradeoffs between the two- making it a difficult decision! I will say, The other salesperson at the other dealership was nice but somewhat too laid back, had us test drive the wrong model and one time gave us the wrong information on the warranty- we had to research the correct information ourselves. EVERY time we went into Valley Honda we had AMAZING service and help from everyone but especially our salesperson, Kattia Venegas!!! She was incredibly patient, kind, informative (completely knew her stuff!) and not too laid back but NOT pushy at all!!! In the end we decided on the Civic Ex for our daughter not only because of the vehicle but because of the service and attention we received from Kattia and Valley Honda! We will be back to Valley Honda for our next vehicle, and we will absolutely use Kattia for our salesperson. Thank you for the great experience in a stressful situation! More

When we Arrived at the dealership for our appointment, The two colors we were considering were parked up front for us. Brittany was knowledgeable and engaging, walking us through all of the features and functions. Once we chose our vehicle (with a few custom add-ons) Brittany helped us navigate all of the mechanical and digital wizardry. She even gave us her personal cell number to call us and when we have questions. Overall the experience was very positive and relational vs. transactional. We felt none of the pressure that we have experienced at other dealers. Valley Honda, Brittany, and sales manager Nick Poole have definitely earned our repeat business. More

I asked to meet the Costco price from.another dealership and Chase took it to his manager, Nick, who then personally responded to me and agreed to price. Chase was the ONLY sales person (I emailed 10 dealerships) to give me an "Out the Door" cost thru email which was very helpful and transparent, which was really important for me. We arrived at 10am on Memorial day and we were driving our new car home by 12:30, which was amazingly quick to me. Mario was our finance guy and he was wonderful as well. Had everything ready to go and was very quick and efficient. More
