I came into the dealership a couple days later and we were able to speak in person. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgable. Because of my lease situation with another dealership I had to wait a couple weeks before I move forward. Chase made a couple calls and emails to keep in touch during that time without being pushy. When I was finally able to close the deal, Chase was even more awesome. He made the whole process stress free and fun. He even followed me over to drop off my old car. Thanks Chase! More

I returned my first car and looked at different options and even went to other dealers based on friends' suggestion. Came back after a week of scouting to Valley Honda just to select the vehicle and best price from them again and closed the entire transaction with in few hours and am on road with a new fully loaded car. I thank Brandon for his ever friendly smile and customer engagement. He is the best as always. I showed him the first picture I took him three years back for my first lease and I took another with him this time guaranteeing him that I would look forward to take third one in 2022. Brandon is not a typical sales person, he is so patient, works very hard in knowing the expectations, always suggests the good options and best pricing. I appreciate Nick Poole for his leadership and good gesture in offering the great pricing and hassle free agreements and process. More

Can't think of any way Valley could make it a better experience for the customer. The service managers are all efficient and respectful. It's a very pleasant and comfortable wait while your car is serviced. Consistent quality and very high standards all the way around. So I just bought a 2019 Honda CR-V at Valley Honda a few days ago and the sales experience was just as high quality. Our sales person was Steve Grady. He was very knowledgeable about the CR-V, answered all our questions (and continues to, since he told us to call him anytime!), got tons of settings set for us, walked us thought all the new high tech features, paired our phones, etc., etc. He saved us tons of time by handling so much of the initial setup for us. Besides all this, Steve is super nice, friendly and funny! This is what buying a car SHOULD feel like! More
