We went looking through their used car inventory and found a reasonably priced vehicle. Nick said I could bring it to my mechanic and I had the car for the entire afternoon. Upon returning it, I received no negative feedback when I indicated I wanted to perform some further research before proceeding. That night I called Valley and negotiated a price over the phone. Such a welcome change from the old days of buying cars!! I fully intend to purchase my next vehicles from Valley, as I have always received superior service, whether it was from the sales staff or service staff. I constantly recommend Valley to my friends as I do to you, the reader. Nick and the folks at Valley Honda did a great job working with us in upgrading to the new 2014 Oddysey. Went to a few Honda dealerships in the area and definitely liked this one the best. My wife and I came in here looking for a lease after her '03 Chevy finally died on us. We were also somewhat on our guard, since we'd been to another dealership prior to this one in Orland Park with a sales '03 Chevy finally died on us. We were also somewhat on our guard, since we'd been to another dealership prior to this one in Orland Park with a salesman who basically spoke as though my wife didn't exist the entire time (even though we made it clear several times the car was for her). However, our experience at Valley couldn't have been better. Nick was absolutely great throughout the entire process - helpful, informative, and honest, and not pushy in any way. This was the first time either of us needed a new car, and I was expecting a pretty rough nerve-racking experience, but the process here was completely smooth from start to finish, and we absolutely love the Civic we picked out. While I hope our other old car lasts as long as possible, if/when it goes, we already know that we'll be coming back here. More

He gave us water, let us sit in the comfy lounge area (during waiting times), and always informed us of what was going on. He helped us get an even better deal on the CRV than what we expected. I would recommend NIck to anyone wanting to buy a car. He is very professional, knows what he is doing, and makes the whole car buying experience go smoothly. I purchased a Civic EX-L from Nick. One of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. With arriving at the dealership later in the evening you would have thought that we would have been rushed or p purchasing experiences I've ever had. With arriving at the dealership later in the evening you would have thought that we would have been rushed or pressured into making a decision. This was not the case with Nick and his sales manager Mohit. They both showed great patience with my wife and me helping us acquire the civic model at a fair price. At no time did we feel that we had to buy a car, in fact we wanted to buy a car from Nick even if it took till after closing to make that decision. Definitely will recommend Nick at Valley Honda to anyone shopping for a car. More
