Such a disappointing experience I had at this dealership and with Nick Prom specifically. It was so late by the time we finished all the paperwork for my new car lease that I asked if I could come back and with Nick Prom specifically. It was so late by the time we finished all the paperwork for my new car lease that I asked if I could come back to empty the car I was trading in. They assured me that I could. When I came back the car had been completely emptied. Personal items, tools, prescription sunglasses for driving, keys to the properties I manage - so many items of value, many irreplaceable. When I went up on the top floor to see if I could find my things in the trash, instead I found that someone had decided my $350 espresso maker had value and put it aside for themselves. Which is theft. Nick promised me they would get to the bottom of it, that they had cameras everywhere. It's been 3 1/2 months and I never heard from him. More

I had my car in service for almost three weeks for shock replacement and some exhaust issues which they finally diagnosed as no issue. I took my car and it was making worse noise than it had before. Terrible crack sound, so i had to bring it back for an inspection and service advisor Juan Silva told me that mechanic never tested engine after they put it back and they had to fix the mounts that appears to be warned out. Since then i waited for over two weeks to get any update so i had to bring it back for fixing. No update so far. Negligence, again. Terrible service More

Yanni sales manager told me to cordaniate with him directly then blocked my calls. Nick General manager says he promises im going to be happy and then refuses to get on tje phone after looking me me on the eyes telling me hes a man of his word. Who's all And has promised To be With me and not been reliable or communicated, since today I've only been able to drive my vehicle 200 Mi to my home and back to the Chevrolet dealer for service from July 10th until today I have not been able to utilize my vehicle that has now over 500 miles from purchase date it is now time for me to make a payment on a vehicle that I have not even gone to the store in More
