Got a really nice offer on a lease through TrueCar, better than anything from the Toyota dealerships in the city. The deal expired on a Sunday when they were closed, but Bill Morris confirmed that they better than anything from the Toyota dealerships in the city. The deal expired on a Sunday when they were closed, but Bill Morris confirmed that they would honor the deal on Monday so I drove in all the way from Cambridge. The pricing was transparent, no hassle, no gimmicks, no nonsense. Got exactly what I wanted. Absolutely worth the trip. Highly recommended! More

Really poor experience for first time buyer Just the facts on this review: * My son wanted to buy a used Tacoma * After inspecting his trade-in the McGee salesman brought in his GM and the Just the facts on this review: * My son wanted to buy a used Tacoma * After inspecting his trade-in the McGee salesman brought in his GM and the gave my son a written quote with a baseline price of 19,500 and a really, really high interest rate on a proposed loan from McGee * He quickly secured a loan from another source that was a much lower payment. And even with the lower payment the loan was only 48 months vs the 63 month loan McGee tried to saddle him with. * When he went to buy the car with check in full the GM, said the price was raised to $23,000 despite a written quote of $19,500. * Apparently the really, really high interest loan they tried to stick a young first time buyer with was worth at least $3,500 in profit over a full cash offer. * The next steps are contacting Rob McGee and Toyota corporate to see get their take on McGee Toyota's and Errol Gaudette and his team's business practices. When I spoke with Mr Gaudette earlier today he indicated that this was normal back and forth in the sales practice and that no written agreement was final until the purchase agreement was finalized. More
