For our last 2 transactions we used car brokers to avoid the past personal experiences of a dealership. But from the moment we entered this dealership we felt very comfortable. Our sales Consultant Nick Redondo was excellent and a pleasant change from past experiences elsewhere and made us feel at ease from the first moment. He went out of his way to make our then undecided decision on what to do with our current 2021 Odyssey leased vehicle( possibly extend or purchase) fairly easy. Nick kept going the extra mile to change our minds and get us a new lease price on a 2024 Odyssey that we felt was fair to both parties given the current market. At all times he made us feel welcome and wanted as a new customer. Honda of Tenafly which has been a family owned business for over 90 years made us glad we chose to come here and try a dealership again. Based on our experience we will be recommending them to family and friends looking to purchase or lease a Honda. This is our third Odyessey. Our first 2011 model is still going strong and has been passed down to our children. We will also be recommending Nick to all who ask us for the name of a sales Rep. He is a fine young, honest family man and very knowledgeable about the product he sells. We believe him a great asset to Honda of Tenafly. More

He was personable, pleasant, and especially knowledgeable about all matters involving the purchase of a used Honda. We struck a deal on the spot because of the overall ease of the experience: his command of the facts both in the product itself, and the supporting details surrounding the purchase. A minor issue came up after taking the car home, and it was swiftly and cheerfully dealt with. In short, I had as marvelous experience! Thank you Nick! More
