Honestly it was a simple communication error but I feel the associate didnt handle it as well as they could of. I was told that my parts have come in and to come by and pick them up when I'm ready. I went to Rivard and told them I ordered parts online. He then went to look up the info to get my parts and told me the parts werent there. I told him someone called me and said they arrived. This is where I thought it could of been handled better. Instead of getting up and walking up to the counter and addressing this mistake to me face to face. He continued to talk to me from his seat behind his computer only looking back at me every few seconds while he talked. Also seemed to have the attitude that it wasnt his mistake and wasnt really worried to much there was a problem. Now all this is my perception. I may be wrong in reading the situation but thats how I felt about it. In his defense he did say,"Sorry about that". His only solution was that he would call me back when the truck arrived. Everyone already hates driving in Tampa traffic. So this annoyed me to say the least. Another solution could have been. If you dont want to make a second trip back here we could ship the parts to you (The parts were only mods, I could of waited if given this solution). Anyway this is not deal breaking for me when it comes to Rivard. The people there do good work. I'm just being honest when I was asked to do this review.
