Your fees are you high, charge $50 for nitrogen in tires (i don't get the choice, nor need that), our salesman was very nice and helpful, seemed to push the warranty to much, did not make a provision to get (i don't get the choice, nor need that), our salesman was very nice and helpful, seemed to push the warranty to much, did not make a provision to get my wife's name on the title which i had in the previous tag receipt. Wound up spending over $1400 to the dealer that i would not have to spend if buying from an individual. More

Our experience with Rivard and Nick Ricketts specifically was outstanding. There was no pressure. I especially appreciated his willingness to allow as much time as I needed to look and test drive all the veh was outstanding. There was no pressure. When we did decide to move forward.. it was the EASIEST most PAIN FREE and FASTEST car buying experience I could ever want. Nick made sure everything was perfect for us and had us out the door in no time. Most paperwork could be completed at home. Easy Peasy. We are happy customers and love the new ride!! More
