I have been taking my cars there for years. Recently things have changed so I got a second opinion from another dealer. Things they said needed to be replaced didn’t. The service department is untrustworthy and unreliable. They charged me upfront for a part I didn’t need and did not cancel the order after I asked them to. The greater was super A+, very energetic. Some knowledge. Building nice and clean. Better if customer wrote up needs it kept jumping beyond what I said so I had to reel it in few times and Some knowledge. Building nice and clean. Vision Buick GMC is the only place I trust my vehicle to get serviced. It is amazing that I have a Chevy Truck and still Buick GMC can handle all of my vehicles service! Every time we come in it is a new staff. A flat tire took over a week to get taken care of. Never answer phones. We got gm involved and wouldn’t answer gms calls either.
