Before anything else, thank you for answering my review. I took my time to do the survey. I’m taking my time to respond so believe me it’s true. I’m not the kind of person that just for something minor give bad reviews. If I go to this dealer is because it’s too close to my house. But it’s not the first time people in the front desk don’t even acknowledge me. I’ve been standing in front of the front desk for 5 to 10 minutes and nobody even my turn their head to my location. So I make myself notice in the most polite way and is at that time when they answer but they are very rude. Check your video surveillance cameras so you can look at me just trying to see if somebody can help me and nobody does. So I get out of the office and go to the back just looking for my car before I ask anything.
