Retired Fire fighter/Paramedic. I was always interested in cars, so I decided to sell Toyota's as my hobby. I started washing cars then selling them. I enjoyed working in the automotive industry and wanted to learn and work in all departments of the dealership. This experience groomed me to being the General Manager of this beautiful Toyota dealership here at Alan Jay Toyota. My parents told me to do something in life that you love and you will never work a day in your life. My customers are the most important thing to me. I strive to provide them with the best experience. I understand purchasing a vehicle is not fun! I was even told by some of my customers they would rather go to the dentist then purchase a car that is until they met me. Thay never did a full inspection on my 2018. Had to take back have work on that should have been none. Now the brakes are making noise like there going bad. And they told me my 0 to 36 warranty was all most back have work on that should have been none. Now the brakes are making noise like there going bad. And they told me my 0 to 36 warranty was all most over. I found out i have a 5year 60000 on it before they sold me one i have the warranty for jeep when it was first bought. I talked to dodge to confirm my warranty. More
