I did not believe this dealership was renovated almost 10 years ago. It looked brand new and was very clean. It is probably due to the incredible staff working there. I felt just as confident driving off the lot as I did making the purchase of my brand new Chevy Bolt. This is my first EV so there was a bit of a learning curve with all the tech involved. Most of my experience was pretty good. But I was disappointed in their response to my brake rotors being severely pitted. I had an inspection of the vehicle one day after taking delivery But I was disappointed in their response to my brake rotors being severely pitted. I had an inspection of the vehicle one day after taking delivery and was told that they were pretty bad and should have them replaced or brakes will wear prematurely. I informed Lake of this issue that same day. They told me that the brakes were within spec. I didn't think severely pitted rotors would be "per spec". It really made me question the dealership...and makes me nervous about my purchase. More
