The service person i met with initially was less than forthright in telling me to return to replace my side view mirror which I did 2 days after the initial visit. I told him I worked and he assured me the he would take care of it. He wasn't even there when I returned! Further iwas told it would be up to a 2 hr wait. Absurd. And, I come in to repair one thing and told many other things need to be repaired. I call it bait and switch and a lot of xx. The only redeeming point was the professionalism, courteousness and intervention by Mr John Brown, who was able to expedite the repair so I could get to work. Selling always provides the best; unfortunately, when service is the worst, referrals and good reviews can't be given. More
