The dealership is good if you want to purchase a car but the service department is a mess. They do not communicate with the customer and do not answer the phone nor do they call you back when you leave mess the service department is a mess. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and it took 2.5 hours. I texted the advisor twice and received no response. After 2.5 hours as I was getting up to speak with a manager, h rotation and it took 2.5 hours. I texted the advisor twice and received no response. After 2.5 hours as I was getting up to speak with a manager, he popped in to say the vehicle was ready. That's a long time for an oil change and tire rotation. Don't know if I will go back. The service was performed fine, but I have had similar work done at other vendors in a considerably shorter time. It was a disappointing experience and I didn't even wait for the typical half hour car wash that is usually mediocre. Sorry, but the service department has declined considerably over previous visits. I am pretty certain I will find another vendor for anything other than warranty service. Snacks and coffee are nice, but the time involved is really a big negative for me. More

Car was returned without the old sticker being removed. They also did not adjust the service notice when I turn on the car. It now shows I’m about 97 days late and1895 miles overdue.
