I can’t say enough good about Caitlyn our sales woman! I called several days before our visit to put a hold on a truck for my son for his 18th birthday! He had been watching this truck for a few weeks. So I called several days before our visit to put a hold on a truck for my son for his 18th birthday! He had been watching this truck for a few weeks. So I tried to surprise him but he figured it out. She never hesitated at all knowing it would be over a week before we could get there. We confirmed day of and she had it out cleaned and ready to go! She even played a little trick on him. He was so happy with the truck and the overall experience! 11/10 recommend Caitlyn at Taylor Ford of Manteno! We even had a little incident at the dealership but they went above and beyond to fix the mishap and EVERYONE was absolutely fantastic! Thank you Caitlyn! More

Jim and Nick at Taylor Ford of Manteno were excellent to work with. This transaction was 7 months in the making due to a recall on the truck from Ford and the inability to sell the truck before the recall work with. This transaction was 7 months in the making due to a recall on the truck from Ford and the inability to sell the truck before the recall was addressed. I put my deposit down on August 1st, 2024 and have been patiently waiting since then. Jim kept up with me every so often with updates. Nick worked a deal with Ford to assure me the full warranty terms for both the bumper to bumper and powertrain warranties. Since I lived within 250 miles, they delivered the truck, clean and filled with gas, on a trailer. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable of the signing process. All of the paperwork was in order and was incredibly easy to process. If you’re considering buying from Taylor Ford, I wouldn’t hesitate a bit and I’d certainly recommend dealing with Jim Steele for your transaction. More
