When we initially visited this dealership, we didn't have a good experience so we left without purchasing. We visited another dealership and had made plans to purchase from the other dealership the followin a good experience so we left without purchasing. We visited another dealership and had made plans to purchase from the other dealership the following day. However, the next day, Julia from Taylor Ford reached out to ask about the experience. When I explained to her what happed with the initial salesperson, she immediately forwarded the information to Tim, who called me right away. Tim, who was so pleasant, listened to our concerns, and immediately went to work to find a deal for us. Being very hesitant, we weren’t expecting anything to come of it. Boy were we wrong!! Tim was patient and listened to what we wanted and was committed to making it happen. We were just so pleased and blown away when we went to the dealership a second time because we were greeted by our new salesperson Amy and also Tim who went out of their way to Help us. Amy went on a test drive with us and answered all of our questions. I can’t thank Amy Julia Tim and Chipper enough because they totally changed our perception of the dealership and made a frustrating experience so rewarding. We have been telling everyone about this dealership and how wonderful they are! More

We had a nice experience with Taylor Ford Manteno! We decided to go with this dealership after a personal recommendation from a family friend. Tim S. (sales manager) & Jim Steele (sales consultant) we We decided to go with this dealership after a personal recommendation from a family friend. Tim S. (sales manager) & Jim Steele (sales consultant) were very helpful and really worked with us in getting our special order Bronco Sport successfully as we had hoped for. We also appreciated Lisa's (Financing) professionalism and guidance with setting up our payments. Also, thank you very much Jim C (manager). Highly recommend this Ford dealership!!! More
