Jarred, Kelly and the service team are awesome. Installed new rotors and brakes. Price was great and even reset a sensor for me. I broke down in my motor home in Indianapolis race weekend, after having it towed twice, second time to Andy Mohr Ford truck center. They charged me to look at it, and said the part I needed wasn't m weekend, after having it towed twice, second time to Andy Mohr Ford truck center. They charged me to look at it, and said the part I needed wasn't made anymore and was not fixable. I am now 150 miles away and got no additional help from this dealer. A friend of mine from my 45 years in the car and truck rental business told me about Auto-Park Ford in Bremen. Called and talked to Nick(Parts Manager) who was very helpful and tried to find a part but was unable. I drove over to Auto Park the next day and then talked to Nick and service manager Jarred, who together with Kelly found me a used part in FL to try. We then discussed a rebuilt engine and installation costs if the engine was damaged or the part wouldn't work. They then got my motor home towed to Bremen, checked out the engine and found it to be undamaged, got the used part installed, and got me back on the road. These people CARED and were willing to help a total stranger solve a very difficult situation. When they get the new Ford Maverick in, I will be over to see them again. I am so glad to see that Ford customer service is still alive at Auto Park Ford! Robert A. McCasland More
