We have bought 3 vehicles from auto park the2010 f150 had it for 2years and turned to rust I am afraid to pull our camper so rusty foot rails scare me tried tirade in but can’t get any help truck came from C it for 2years and turned to rust I am afraid to pull our camper so rusty foot rails scare me tried tirade in but can’t get any help truck came from Canada did not know that until after bought it we used to like auto park not so much any more we will see what survey does I am sure not much thanks Vernon Heims my one red star is for auto park not service More

Extraordinary You will need a little background information on my self before I tell you about my experience at the Auto Park Ford in Bremen, Indiana. I am a publi You will need a little background information on my self before I tell you about my experience at the Auto Park Ford in Bremen, Indiana. I am a public school employee, that due to the COVID19 virus, will no longer be receiving my regular paycheck until school starts back up. With that being said here is what transpired at my service appointment. I had scheduled a service appointment earlier in the week before I knew that school was going to be closed through May 1st. I went ahead and kept the appointment even though I needed to be careful with spending money. As always the staff was extremely courteous when I checked in. I informed them that I would be waiting on my vehicle in the service waiting area. Soon after that, someone came out and offered to get me something to drink. When my vehicle service was complete, the service manager came out and explained that everything looked good and that the service was “on the house” today. I asked why in a very surprised tone. They said that with everything going on with the schools and the COVID19 virus, it was the least they could do. Mind you, I did not asked for this extremely kind gesture. They did this out of the goodness of their hearts. So to say my service appointment was extraordinary is not an understatement. Thank you Auto Park Ford Bremen. I will definitely be singing your praises!!! More

My car broke and the lady on the line said to bring it over and they’d get it fixed first thing Monday morning. Sure enough they did and it was due to a recall on my car and didn’t cost me a cent. At Bremen autopark ford they always go above and beyond my expectations. Even while waiting Deb in the office hooks me up with coffee and cookies!!!
