Business practices has changed, I was harassed to purchase services that I didn't need or want. When I said no I was still charged for service I didn't approve. Never met Nick. Service was what I expected. Cost $65 more than if done at my dealership. There were an abundance of people milling around not doing much. It causes Service was what I expected.
