My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Joseph Chevrolet. We were a little nervous but felt at ease when interacting.with some of the staff. Sheen and Nick both were helpful, patient, easy to talk Chevrolet. We were a little nervous but felt at ease when interacting.with some of the staff. Sheen and Nick both were helpful, patient, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, professional, and nice guys. We had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer them all and give us undivided attention. Great experience!! So happy with our purchase! More

I was not pleased with how the business transaction went. I am still waiting on the title to be sent to me. The vehicle is paid for in full and they didnt send the title with. Seeing the salesman doesn't see I am still waiting on the title to be sent to me. The vehicle is paid for in full and they didnt send the title with. Seeing the salesman doesn't seem to understand how business works as he hasn't been helpful through this process as he stated im on my own now for getting the title sent. So he's worthless. In my opinion if I owned the company he wouldn't be working for me. Nick the used car sales manager is just as worthless as he cant seem to figure out how a telephone works. I've called multiple time, left multiple voicemails, never recieved a call back; nor he answer a call. I would never recommend doing business with Joesph Chevrolet. To me they are a joke! Spend $47k with no loans and cant even get a call back from their managers! JOKE! Borderline Fraudsters! If I dont recieve the title I am prepared to file suite in court! More

Employees in the office does not communicate properly for proper diagnosis. I explained the issue when making the appointment, which the 1st available appointment was over a week out. My mistake for using th proper diagnosis. I explained the issue when making the appointment, which the 1st available appointment was over a week out. My mistake for using the nightly drop off. I received a text message alerting me that my vehicle was checked in, however did not receive a phone call to verify the reason for maintenance. An employee by the name of “Ryan” called hours later questioning when I replaced the starter. I told him when and asked will that also correct the warning lights on the dash as well. Needless to say after spending around $1000 it did not, and had to bring my vehicle back before 48hrs after pickup. Mysteriously new codes appeared that was not reported at the time of the 1st appointment. Ryan alerted me of what the “new” issue was with an additional cost of $630. At that time I as if an additional $400 was spent and requested to speak with his supervisor or to call me back if not available regarding the experience thus far. Days went by before I asked to speak with “Nick”, who Ryan indicated that was the supervisor. When speaking with Nick, he informed me that the last note was “Waiting on Customer Response” which was not the case. At that time it was clear to me that Ryan does not follow through nor convey accurate information. Nick and I came to a fair solution to rectify the issue which should have occurred a lot earlier. Upon picking up and paying, clerks in the office were complaining that Ryan does not complete the work order properly. To the point any type of negligence or incompetence performed on the job it’s now a joke with the phrase “That’s so Ryan!” More
