It was worth my trip to buy from Nick at Braeger Ford. I had a good shopping experience with Nick and the rest of the Braeger team. I have been shopping around for a pre-owned Ford Flex and Braeger had the car that I desired. I drove 85 miles each direction to purchase the car. I did it because Braeger was offering the same model car with the same miles near me for a lot better price. Nick was very helpful with all the phone call I did with him and gave me a respectful price on my trade in. The one issue I had is that there was a deep scratch that I need fixing but the body shop was closed that evening when I was there. Nick did his best on buffing it out but I had to make another trip back. He was nice enough to take care of me on my return and filled my tank for me. I would definitely buy another car from Nick. More

Dave was a blast!!! Dave was my salesman. He made car buying really fun and actually enjoyable. I bought a fusion from him and for the first time I felt like a salesman a Dave was my salesman. Buying a car is very stressful But not here...I was asked what I was looking for and shown the Cream of the Crop and purchased it. Good price, good personnel and a great over-all ex But not here...I was asked what I was looking for and shown the Cream of the Crop and purchased it. Good price, good personnel and a great over-all experience! Thanks to Nick Strickling for being such a good guide through this normally stressful experience. I actually went away as if I did a smart thing...and I still believe I did. I visited many dealerships 'on-line' before making my selection at Braeger. I have lived in the area for over 40 years and have bought vehicles at several locations in the past but this is the first time I didn't feel 'sick' after spending all that money. Thanks guys! More

From the first moment walking in and being greeted at the door with truly genuine care, to how carefully the sales associate (Nick) listened to my needs and wants, to how smooth and simple the financing process was working with Heather, i felt like I was on good hands the whole 2 days. After bringing home my new car and showing it off to my friends, my boyfriend was impressed at how "awesome I was at getting a good deal." I took the compliment, but my little secret, it was aallll Braeger lol. Best part was meeting the manager Dan. He came out to introduce himself and offer any help. I had a few questions he helped put me at ease about, and His sense of humour was a great way to help pass the time during all if the paperwork. Thanks for making what could have been scary, a really great experience! More
