I had been searching for a vehicle for the past 5 months, and was first drawn to Braeger Ford's website. I was initially very pleased with the website as well as the promptness and effectiveness of the inter and was first drawn to Braeger Ford's website. It was very easy to set up an appointment to view one of the vehicles I was interested. The entire process flowed very well. The team was professional, friendly, and respectful. After almost 6 months of very picky searching for a used Ford Escape online and on lots, I came across Braeger Ford advertising a new 2012 Escape for less than 2011's I was seeing at other dealerships, and Ford Escape online and on lots, I came across Braeger Ford advertising a new 2012 Escape for less than 2011's I was seeing at other dealerships, and nearly the same price as the used ones i had any interest in. I assumed their was a catch, so I used the live chat to ask what the catch was. I chatted with Nick Strickling and he assured me their was no catch and even though they were advertising a blue escape he told me he could get me the black one me and my wife wanted for the same low low price. Still skeptical I told him we would drive down and check it out. That ended up being a great decision. Their was no catch, and instead of settling for a used vehicle which wasn't exactly what we wanted we were able to get a new 2012 with everything we wanted and for nearly the same price as the used ones at other dealerships. Nick Strickling was great to work with from the start. His laid back, no pressure approach was just what we were looking for but hadn't found anywhere else. At no point did he try to put us in something other than what we were asking for, or tell us what features we did or didn't want. Braeger didn't have the black Escape we wanted on there lot but, Kyle Serwatka got it there the next day from Oshkosh and still kept it at their extremely low price. Nick and Kyle were diligent in helping us and stayed nearly and hour after they closed to help us with everything. After all this when me and my wife got home I was still contemplating a moon roof that I always wanted in a vehicle of mine, I emailed Nick at Midnight telling him we wanted the moon roof. Without batting an eye Nick called me the next morning saying they had found us one with the moon roof, and it was all taken care of. The next night we drove down to pick up our new escape. We also had a wonderful experience with Heather Kruse who went over the financial paper work and extended warranty information. Know we had just spent a lot of money Heather didn't pressure us to decide on the warranty that night and told us we could decide after we had time to relax. Nick, Kyle, and Heather all blew every car sales stereotype out of the water. The whole work place had a laid back family/friend like atmosphere, Nick even took the time to text me and my wife a few days later when we had our first baby boy, Andrew. Anytime I am looking for a vehicle my search will start and end at Braeger Ford. I wish nothing but success to Nick and the rest of them, something that they all have obviously earned on their own. More

I came into Braeger last thursday and worked with Nick Strickling. He was very nice, and outgoing. He helped me find the right vehicle at a great price. I live 85 miles south of Milwaukee, WI. in Illinois. I've been serching for a vehicule on-line, looking for a specific Make, Model, Year and price. It was dificult to find the exact car I was looking for. Wh been serching for a vehicule on-line, looking for a specific Make, Model, Year and price. It was dificult to find the exact car I was looking for. When I finally found the car I wanted it was at Braeger Ford in WI. I contacted the dealer though on-line chat. I was informed that the car was already sold. The dealer was willing to locate another car, same make, model, year and they were willing to offer the same price as the one listed previously. Ford was offering $3000 cash back and on top of that the dealer was offering an additional 20% off. Nick had to located a car by calling and dealing with multiple dealerships, to find the car I wanted. I worked with Nick Strickling thought email and phone over the next couple of days. He was very prompt providing informaiton, replying to emails and returning my calls. I was also set on Ford matching a specific APR%. Once driving 85 miles one way to see the car, it was just as Nick promised. The exact care, make, model, year, price and APR, there were no surprises, everything was agreed to without stepping foot in the dealership. The experiance was wonderful. If need be I would drive the long drive again just for the wonderful service and attention I was given. Thank you Braeger Ford. More

I went to braeger to look at some new vechicles on a Thursday afternoon. I was very unsure on what type of vehicle I wanted to get. I was helped out by Nick Strickling. They didn't have the exact truck I was looking for. The entire time Nick was extremy helpful. He never once acted like I was wasting his time. We went inside to talk to his sales manager Nick Burk to see if they had anymore trucks that fit what I was looking for. Turns out they had one coming in Monday. They called me Monday when it came in. Funny thing is that I changed my mind and decided to get a new car that was a little easier on gas. Lol. When I told them they didn't even hesitate to help me test drive a bunch of different cars. From Chevrolet's to all the Ford's. Needless to say another couple hours of test driving. Nick Strickling helped the entire time. I then decided I needed to go home and think about what I wanted to do. Not once did they make me feel pressured to buy a car. I had a salesmen push and rush me on my last car and it ended up screwing me in the long run. Needless to say both Nicks helped me out extremely. I decided to buy a brand new Ford Taurus and am very happy with my choice. I will recommend all my friends and family to go to braeger and talk to the Nicks. More

This was way different than any other, I felt like he genuinely cared for what i was looking for in a vehicle and matched me up perfectly with a awesome Escape. Me and my husband are both very happy with everything there. Beyond Nick, his finance department took very good care of us, we actually got a rate we never thought we would quallify for.
