Nick was great! Nick was very personable and understood we were just browsing and wanting to test drive different models to see different manufacturers. Nick was not pushy and just felt very genuine. He printed out some papers of inventory that would be coming in soon that he thought I might like. He gave me his number rather than taking mine so I wouldn’t feel pressured. After shopping around and seeing Oak Lawn had competitive prices, I called Nick and he helped with a smooth and transparent process. I will highly recommend! More

As for service, I trust the mechanics to only do what is necessary and the service department has gone out of its way to accommodate my needs for a loner, pickup etc. .
