Easiest Car Purchase Ever We had a great experience at Valley Honda and with Nick. I contacted the dealership because of their high rating. I had been car "shopping" for months and have visited other dealships (Honda and otherwise) but this one was by far the most customer service oriented. Once I was about 98% sure I wanted to purchase the new 2017 Honda CR-V, I emailed the dealership for an online quote. Nick responded promptly, and he answered all my back and forth questions. The dealerships internet price was very good and was in the range I was expecting to have to negotiate towards at other dealerships. (DO YOUR RESEARCH) I scheduled an appointment to test drive. During that appointment Nick was very professional and no pressure. Of course he wanted to make a sale, so you have to expect and respect some sales techniques, otherwise he wouldn't be doing his job. I was not prepared to make a final decision that evening, so I let Nick know that. He was very easy going and no pressure. After having the night to think about my decision I knew this was the car that I wanted. I emailed Nick the next day and put down a deposit to hold the car I test drove. I applied for financing through my own sources, got my best rate, and then negotiated with Honda Finance to get an even better rate. a few days later I picked up my car. The whole appointment only took one hour and we were on our way. I'm very happy with my decision. This was the easiest car purchase ever. Hopefully future appointments with the service department, etc live up to the expectations that have been set during the sales process. More

Valley Honda lost 1 star due to the financial office procedures/problems. We told them that we did not want to work w/and outsider financial institution (only Honda Finance). We were told that would be the case but ended up having to go w/Capital One to get the rate we were quoted.. At that point we were in too deep to back out (after being there for several hours). Secondly, they always try to upsell at that point (different levels of care, etc.). They quote you a small monthly increase and you just don't have the time to make a educated decision (how much will this cost me over the life of the loan, etc.). We ended up walking away with an add-on we are still not quite sure we wanted. More
