My experience was that the staff at the dealership was both polite and professional. They seem to be one of the rare dealerships that actually listens to the prospective buyer and presents a reasonable an both polite and professional. My salesman was Wilfred, and he was by far one of the most knowledgeable salesmen I have ever worked with. He knew the vehicle well, answered my questions directly, and made the entire buying process far better than many others I have experienced. I would not only return to Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Kia if I were in the market again, but I would also recommend them to my friends and family. More
