Tara quickly became more of a consultant to me in the search process rather than just a "salesperson". That made a big difference when most discussions I had with Gates competitors, involved pushy sales tactics and "act now or miss out" communications. I would recommend Gates and Tara to work with anyone I know, and friends I have not met yet. Nick in finance was a straight shooter. I believe both Tara and Nick were focused on mutual benefit throughout the car buying experience. No buyer's remorse here. More

The best deal. After finding out my lease was coming to an end on my Maxima 2012 I went in to the dealership with intentions of purchasing my leased vehicle. However After finding out my lease was coming to an end on my Maxima 2012 I went in to the dealership with intentions of purchasing my leased vehicle. However I found out by purchasing my 2012 Maxima my payments would go up. Nick explained the situation and it would be best to lease an Altima because incentives were focused on the Altima at this time. My salesman, Brian Phillips went out of his way to find me everything in the Altima that my Maxima had and then some. My payments stayed the same and no extra money was needed out of my pocket. Once you become a customer of Gates Nissan, they will do everything in their power to keep you. I didn't have any planes, trains or goats and I didn't need any to get the most out of our deal. My new 2016 Altima is fully loaded and V 6 , other than the color of the interior and the new car scent.. I would swear I'm driving a new Maxima.. thanks Bryan, Nick and you too Tomas for outstanding customer service. More
