Prior to purchasing a vehicle from Interstate Ford, I specifically asked the dealer if this vehicle is compatible with the FordPass app. On the day I purchased the vehicle I was told by the sales departm specifically asked the dealer if this vehicle is compatible with the FordPass app. On the day I purchased the vehicle I was told by the sales department that the employee that handles FordPass registration was out and I needed to come back the following Monday for install. When I came back to Interstate Ford on that Monday I was told that the car I had purchased the previous week is not compatible with FordPass. I asked to speak to a manager and was introduced to Nick Velasquez and met with a condescending and helpless response. Mr. Velasquez took zero accountability of the issue and even implied that I should do my research prior to purchasing vehicles in the future. For those doing research, I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere than Interstate Ford and Nick Velasquez. I also see in previous reviews that Mr. Velasquez has been argumentative with other customers. This does not come as a surprise. More

Stacia Shane was initially easy to work with and we arrived at a trade deal. We called and left a message with the appointment for the closing. After about ten minutes, she threatened to renege on our deal and then sent us to her husband, Q Clark, who answered my questions, understood my concerns, and completed the transaction congenially.
