100% satisfied from start to taking my beautiful vehicle home finished. I'll start with my salesman, Nick Villa. I have literally purchased dozens of vehicles in my lifetime. Nick was absolutely the best home finished. I'll start with my salesman, Nick Villa. I have literally purchased dozens of vehicles in my lifetime. Nick was absolutely the best I have ever dealt with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. Then there is the finance manager, Luiz Alves. The same can be said about him as was just said about Nick. On top of that, it turns out he was the finance manager at the previous dealership I purchased another vehicle from 2 years ago. Lat, but not least, Ritchie. Ritchie was the runner that day. We live 90 minutes from the dealership. Ritchie, with a smile on his face, came to Maine to register the plates and then drove us to the dealership so we didn't have to drive 2 vehicles home. Nick is an asset to this company. He is kind, respectful and very attentive. I never felt pressured or out of the loop. He was able to negotiate a very fair trade value for my beat up Jeep. I worked with Nick at AutoMax Preowned, and I am glad I did. The process was so simple. He was able to work around my crazy schedule, and had me driving the car in way less time than I had anticipated. He did. The process was so simple. Nick was extremely helpful and friendly from day one. Wished all salesman are like him. He gave me complete attention (very responsive) and went extra miles to help me. Nick was a pleasure to work with. There were a few hurdles that Nick traversed expertly. He took the time to go over all the features in the vehicle rather than just wait for my questions.
