Buying a car is stressful. It's a big purchase. From the moment we sat down with Nick to the moment we walked out with keys to the new car was so easy. Car shopping can be STRESSFUL- but, Nick made it so easy that I almost forgot I was spending $24k! I came in knowing what I wanted and Nick made it happen. He was welcoming, warm, knowledgable and never mad that I almost forgot I was spending $24k! I came in knowing what I wanted and Nick made it happen. He was welcoming, warm, knowledgable and never made me feel pressured to make any decisions. Throughout the process he found a unique way to be communicative– without being overbearing and was a genuinely nice human that you won't mind spending time with. I also really appreciated how COVID conscious the dealership was- masks, social distancing and hand sanitizer- oh my! I'm hoping to not need to buy a new car for myself again for a while- but would STRONGLY recommend Nick and the team at AutoMax in Framingham to anyone that is looking for a dealership that is fully loaded with kindness, transparency and confidence.
