He has been the one and only salesman i might add that hasn't directly or indirectly pressured me to buy a vehicle from him. He is and the team has made me feel more like a family member than just some guy off the street (which i was). Nick has not tried to make me feel like he is more intelligent than me or that I am inferior in any way. I will be back to purchase from him in the future as the kids are growing up. When our minivan gave up the ghost last November it was super stressful. With four kids, including a car seat, and a job that requires I drive around Kankakee county, we couldn't casually look for a new v super stressful. There are two types of people buying cars, the "oh fun we get a new car" and the "oh crap I really don't want to do this" type. We are definitely the later. Nick was great. He took care of us and made sure we got what we needed. We didn't feel anxious or pressured, we even had a little bit of fun. No tears were shed. 10 out of 10. More
