Crooks in the service dept telling me I needed FIVE different things (over $1000). I just had all five done by a local shop before taking truck in for recall. Never cleared the recall. I’ve had to take my car in 3 times, get a rental or be without a car with 3 small kids only to have my expedition kept for a week and then returned with nothing fixed. There is no way they could have tes without a car with 3 small kids only to have my expedition kept for a week and then returned with nothing fixed. There is no way they could have test drove it after it was “fixed” and noticed that it obviously wasn’t. And then return it, like I wouldn’t noticed nothing had changed. I’m flabbergasted. More
